Neuvage is a brand that is made by a company called Woodridge Labs and does not seem to be sold on the official website anymore. From what I could determine, the main Neuvage product is called Neuvage IDB and it is a topical serum that contains 14 different antioxidants. The product is designed to both protect the skin from environmental pressures as well as reverse some of the signs of aging.
